I found the bedroom cozy and very clean. the communication was great. Accessing the hotel was easy. it was nice and warm. it was within walking distance to the centre. on-street parking was available, a plus.

Charming Stay Near the City Center

The room included a dressing table with a stool, which I found really handy. There was also a good supply of tea, coffee, milk, and a jar of custard creams. It was very thoughtful. A wardrobe contained a hairdryer and a shelf for extra storage. I was very organised .

The on-street parking was available. it could sometimes be challenging to find a spot close to the building.

The bedroom window brought much light. It enhanced the area. There were four plug sockets in the room. I could easily charge my devices. A large, shared bathroom featured both a walk-in shower and a large bath.

An Acceptable Stay

warm greeting fast communication city center cold room dusty blankets bathroom smell

The host greeted me warmly upon my arrival. Communication with them was fast and courteous. I needed something, and they handled it quickly. The location is pretty good. It is a short walk into the city center.

My room was quite cold! Extra blankets were in the cupboard, but they looked quite dusty. The bed made a squeaking noise whenever I moved around. The bathroom was also pretty small. It had a bit of a strange smell coming from the drains.

i stayed for two nights in the hobbit hole with its single bed and private bathroom, a compact gem. it included everything i needed, a gas hob, ironing board, iron, washing up liquid, sponge, towels, tea towel and hairdryer! a toaster, hot water bottle, fan, fridge, and freezer were provided.

the floor needed better cleaning. i noticed some spots.

the host was lovely upon arrival and offered assistance. self-service check-in was efficient and clear, and the hosts were available by phone for any needs. directions for accessing the room were precise.

the room featured a powerful shower with clean bedding and towels. soap, a tv, and tea and coffee making facilities were included, and i found a travel kettle in the room. a hairdryer and fan were available in the wardrobe.

tea and coffee were offered. it was nice that short drives to shopping centres were available. the corner shop, pub, and takeaways are all within a minute or two of walking, very convenient.

Comfortable Stay Near the River

The room was clean and warm. The shower was good. I found helpful instructions on accessing the room. There was lots of parking available.

The towels were small. They also smelled a bit bad. I did not find any hand wash in the bathroom.
